FDM — TPU-A95

We carry a wide variety of flexible TPU filaments of different hardnesses, from Shore 70A up to Shore 80D; allowing you to find a suitable material, whatever your project might be. Our flexibles are regularly used in everything from large, custom made gaskets for the oil industry to shock absorbers and industrial grippers, as well as toys for kids.

Pros

  • Flexible material – suitable repeated bending and stretching
  • High chemical resistance
  • Large variety of different hardnesses

Cons

  • Super-soft flexibles (silicone like) are not possible to print using FDM technology
  • Slightly lower surface quality compared to rigid plastics
  • Slightly lower tolerances compared to rigid items
